Timeform pick out their three best bets from the final day of Royal Ascot...
It was very hard not to be impressed by the manner in which September made a winning debut at Leopardstown earlier this month, looking something special as she became the first Ballydoyle-trained juvenile to win on debut. She is already favourite for next year's 1000 Guineas in some places and, open to significant improvement on just her second start, she is taken to take this rise in class in her stride. Masar created a fine impression at Goodwood and has scope for plenty of improvement also.
Idaho was placed in the English and Irish Derby before winning the Great Voltigeur at York last season and he made a promising reappearance at Epsom earlier this month, offering a good base on which to build on. There's a sense of unfinished business about him following his misfortune in the St Leger, and he is interesting with his reappearance under his belt. Last year's victor Dartmouth looks sure to put up a bold defence of his crown, whilst Wings of Desire is an intriguing contender on his return to action.
Limato is a high-class performer at his best, just as he showed when winning the July Cup and Prix de la Foret last year. Things transpired against him out in Dubai on his latest start, and he is well worth another chance with conditions in his favour. It would come as no surprise were The Tin Man to emerge as the best of those who raced in the Duke of York last month, while Suedois could be a lively outsider sporting a visor for the first time.
