Lope Y Fernandez - 14:30 Royal Ascot
An intriguing renewal of the Chesham Stakes, in which the unbeaten Lope Y Fernandez makes plenty of appeal. He looked something well out of the ordinary in sauntering to a winning debut at the Curragh 14 days ago, when a cut above the field at every stage of the race. He looks one of the most exciting juveniles we've seen so far in 2019, and he is a strong pick to justify favouritism and take this.

Blue Point - 16:20 Royal Ascot
The fact that only two horses have attempted to complete the King's Stand/Diamond Jubilee double since Choisir achieved the feat 16 years ago is a sign of just how lofty the task is that faces Blue Point, but he arrives here on the back of a top-class effort to deny Battaash on Tuesday. However, it's difficult to know just how a horse will cope with such a quick turnaround, and considering that he's priced up at around 9/4 at the time of writing, his price looks short enough. Indeed, there are several interesting alternatives, including Invincible Army, who has returned an improved model as a four-year-old so far this year, and won the Duke of York Stakes in good style last month.

Max Dynamite - 17:35 Royal Ascot
2 W. P. Mullins's number of winners in past 10 runnings
Considering that it's held over two miles, five furlongs and 143 yards, it comes as no surprise that Jumps trainers have a fantastic record in the final race of the meeting, the Queen Alexandra Stakes. One of those yards is the Willie Mullins team, who have won two of the last ten renewals of this, and they send Max Dynamite this time around. He was perhaps riding too high when running the Gold Cup at this meeting last year, but he is capable of some smart form, something he showed when finishing third in the 2017 Melbourne Cup. Having pitched his trade in Group company for quite some time now, he's interesting switched back into a conditions race, and he looks worth siding with to provide Mullins with another winner at the Royal meeting.
