There is Flat racing from the Curragh on Saturday

Timeform pick out three bets from the Curragh and Tramore on Saturday.

Polly Douglas - Curragh 16:35

Polly Douglas was unlucky in running when eighth of 11 here last time and is worth another chance to register her fourth victory of the season, with Andrew Breslin taking a valuable 7 lb off her back once again. Flawlessly looks to be her biggest danger and won't be far away with a clear run, though both Its All For Luck and Sweetest Taboo should also have a say.

Lizard Point - Tramore 18:20

Lizard Point has been running well without winning this season, including when a neck second at Cork last time, and has a good chance to put that right if everything falls his way here. High Expectations is also in good form and entitled to challenge, while Mr Boss Man will be running on late over this trip and could well place for the Nigel Slevin yard.

King of the Picts - Tramore 19:20

King of the Picts has some classy hurdling form to his name and looks potentially very well treated now back on the level, having joined the Willie Mullins yard since finishing well beaten over timber at Kilbeggan in June. Water Sprite could yet be the biggest danger, though Little Stampy is also of interest and could go well at bigger odds under Danny Sheehy.

Timeform Irish SmartPlays:

Win back Polly Douglas in the 16:35 at the Curragh
Win back Lizard Point in the 18:20 at Tramore
Win back King of the Picts in the 19:20 at Tramore
