This looks very open and Mount Keith is selected having shaped better than the result over a trip too far last time. Baron Rodney can also play a significant part, while Ice Eater has place prospects as well.

#12 Oyster King - Turffontein R8 (14:28 GMT)

Oyster King proved better than ever to open his account at this course three weeks ago and has sound claims of following up under Paul Hanagan. Hellofaride could be the chief threat, while Full Of Attitude also requires a closer look.

#8 French Leave - Turffontein R9 (15:10 GMT)

French Leave returned to form when fifth in a handicap here last time and this C&D winner is expected to go close. Emily Hobhouse is high up there among the rest, while Major Return is another to take into account.
