#1 Hero's Honour - Turffontein R5 (12:40 GMT)

Hero's Honour opened his account over this C&D around this time last year, and went on to win the S A Derby also here in May. He was likely unsuited by the drop in trip last time and better is expected now. Approach Control looks the danger.

#7 D'Arrivee - Turffontein R6 (13:15 GMT)

D'Arrivee is a very consistent horse who has been running well round here of late, winning over slightly further in November and not at all disgraced when third last time. A reproduction of that effort should suffice here and he looks the one to be with. Kings Archer is fancied to fare best of the remainder, while Dhabyaan isn't out of it either.

#5 Mazari - Turffontein R7 (13:50 GMT)

It is Mazari who just about sets the standard here on the balance of her form, having won twice for this yard early last year. She could offer some value here, provided she returns to her best now back with this yard. The unexposed All At Once looks an obvious danger, though.
