Timeform pick out three bets from Kenilworth and Vaal on Saturday.
"Geoff Woodruff is as good as it gets in the training ranks..."
Frozen Tune is a once raced son of Noble Tune who looked as green as grass over the five furlongs here for Candice Bass-Robinson when slowly away and not given too hard a time, before running on to finish a length and a quarter second to Lucky Dancer. Admittedly the form of that race isn't working out well as yet, but he could do no more first time out and with that experience under his belt, an improved run from Frozen Tune is on the cards.
Fredrico's Dream won two of her first three starts here on the main track over a furlong further in June and July last year, and although yet to score in four races since, she has finished runner-up in her last two starts at Turffontein and was only a neck down in the Listed Swallow Stakes last time out. Dropped in to handicap company, Frederico's Dream should find this class far more to her liking as she looks for win number three.
Dressed To Impress - Vaal 14:30
Dressed To Impress is hard to gauge with one run for a maiden win at Turffontein in late January, but she did it comfortably by two and a quarter lengths hard held and clearly has a lot more to offer. Geoff Woodruff is as good as it gets in the training ranks and if she comes on for the run and stays this mile as expected, then Dressed To Impress can take this on her way to better things.
South Africa SmartPlays are up £31.50 since 1st February
