Timeform's Andrew Asquith highlights a NAP, Next Best and Each-Way selection at Ripon on Wednesday.
"...he is expected to take advantage of being left on the same mark now..."
Where's Jeff
NAP: Where's Jeff has a great chance
Where's Jeff - 20:10 Ripon
Where's Jeff was ridden by an inexperienced rider when third at Hamilton last time and didn't get much luck in-running, finishing with plenty of running left at the line and shaping like he is back in top form. He would have likely been involved in the finish with a clear run and he is expected to take advantage of being left on the same mark now, which is still 2 lb lower than his last winning one.
NEXT BEST: Reel Rosie very interesting
Reel Rosie - 19:10 Ripon
Reel Rosie bumped into one well ahead of their mark on her return and showed much improved form to resume winning ways at Newmarket last month. She led over two furlongs out and found more when tackled entering the final furlong, leaving the impression that this longer trip should be within range. There should be more to come from her after just four starts and she can prove too strong once more.
EACH-WAY: Take a chance on Captain Corcaran
Captain Corcoran - 18:40 Ripon
This doesn't look as competitive as the numbers suggest, so it may be worth taking a chance on Captain Corcoran. He hasn't won for a while, but is now 7 lb below that winning mark, and he shaped better than his finishing position suggests on his return at Catterick last month. He is entitled to strip fitter for that outing now and Paul Mulrennan takes over from an apprentice rider now.
