"He was well held back over hurdles on his most recent start, but is fancied to capitalise from the drop in class off his last winning mark."

Timeform on Ghostly Arc

18:50 - GHOSTLY ARC (4) was a solid fourth on his latest start in this sphere at Musselburgh last month, keeping on well at the finish. He was well held back over hurdles on his most recent start, but is fancied to capitalise from the drop in class off his last winning mark. Calypso Delegator will be a threat if the first-time blinkers have the desired effect and Beauden Barrett is also worthy of consideration.

19:20 - Several of the field make their debuts in here, something which may play into the hands of COLLECT CALL (2), who made a solid start at Ascot last month. Whilst she was down the field that day, he wasn't beaten too far by the winner, and this race is almost certainly not as strong. She showed clear signs of ability on that occasion and, with improvement likely and her yard's 2-y-os going well, she gets the nod. Stage Play has found just one too good on each of her last 2 starts and is an obvious threat, while Doris Bleasedale is a likely-looking newcomer.

19:50 - FASHION THEORY (3) went agonisingly close at Catterick last time out, just failing to pick up a game winner, and she looks the way to go now stepping back up in trip, something which should suit. Fabulous Red was also just touched off on her latest start and is a much-respected main danger. There's a good chance that Asoof will get back on track now pitched into a handicap and she also enters calculations.

20:20 - ROMAN RIVER (3) did the job well when getting off the mark at Haydock Park last week, getting well on top at the finish having traveled well into the race. Further progress looks a possibility, and he's fancied to defy a penalty and go in again. Second best is another unexposed type in Mushahadaat, who landed an AW maiden on his final start for Brian Meehan and is open to improvement now handicapping. Midsummer Knight is consistent and should also be in the mix.

20:50 - Whilst MULTELLIE (6) hasn't shown a huge amount in 2018 so far, he is well handicapped on his old form and his yard is in very good form. He's a C&D winner and is fancied to return to form in a weak handicap. Doctor Cross should shape better over this trip while Searching showed enough at York on Saturday to suggest he can be involved in the finish here.

21:20 - This looks a good opportunity for HULA GIRL (4) to get off the mark. She's yet to win in five starts so far, but the form that she has shown is a long way clear of her rivals' and she will take all the beating. If she isn't on form, Final Go might pose the biggest danger. Tidal Surge may improve from her debut at Doncaster
