Ehtedaam was impressive when registering third victory in first-time cheekpieces at Sandown (1m) last month. Not in same form at York subsequently, but claims if able to bounce back in first-time hood here.
Nazreef is now 1 lb lower compared to when scoring over C&D last spring, but been pretty hit and miss subsequently.
Clockmaker resumed winning ways at Musselburgh (7f) in June, but brushed aside by Marcret when favourite for a Chester claimer later that month.
Emilio Largo was a dual winner in 2012, but hasn't gone on from solid reappearance effort this term, and well held sole previous run on polytrack.
Loyalty has come up short off similar marks the last twice and passed over on return from a break here.
Jacob Cats was successful 3 times on turf for Richard Hannon last year, but hasn't looked the same horse this season.
Shamdarley produced a career-best when scoring over C&D on penultimate start. Failed to fire back on turf next time, but no surprise if he bounces back and makes his presence felt here.
Seek Again looked promising when winning a maiden on debut on the Rowley Mile at Newmarket last year. Landed a 7f handicap on return there (July Course) recently and it's highly unlikely that we've seen the best of him yet.
Prompter's sole win on the Flat was gained over 4 years ago and likely to find 1m round here too sharp.
Maverik resumed winning ways when making all in 1m Nottingham handicap in April. Found life tougher since, but should be on the premises if on-song here.
Silverheels was runner-up to Shamdarley over C&D early last month prior to going one better at Ripon. However, failed to fire off this mark at Goodwood last time.
Shahdaroba was consistent as a 2-y-o, and improved to win a 6f Newmarket handicap in April. Largely respectable efforts since, but probably in the handicapper's grip for now.
Shamir has gained 4 of his 5 career wins over this C&D. Possibly unsuited by the easy surface at Windsor last time and place claims back on polytrack.
Well Painted hasn't measured up to expectations subsequent to landing a 7f Newbury maiden on debut last spring. Encounters polytrack for the first time here.
Timeform 1-2-3:
1. Seek Again
2. Ehtedaam
3. Shamdarley
Timeform View: Seek Again saw off some useful types when making a winning reappearance at Newmarket and, with this step up in trip a positive, he can defy a 5 lb rise on the proviso that he proves as effective on this surface. Ehtedaam and Shamdarley can fill the places.
