Forest Edge has won 8 times within the last year, his latest success a wide-margin defeat of 5 rivals in Bath minor event in June. Struggled in a handicap last time, and vulnerable without usual headgear now.
Burning Thread ended a losing run stretching back over 2 years with a wide-margin success at Bath in July and was back on the scoreboard at Sandown late last month. Can go well again if in the same mood.
Pearl Blue is a strong traveller who put up a career-best when scoring at York (5f) on final start at 4 yrs. Well held in a couple of starts in May, however, and bit to prove after a break now.
Taajub is a useful performer who had a productive 2012, winning 3 times. Not in the same form this year, however, and twice ran poorly at Ascot in July.
Pandar showed smart form when scoring 3 times in Italy last year, and back at that level when fourth in a Haydock minor event in May. Not fired since, however, and has something to prove with a visor tried.
Kyleakin Lass looked better than ever when second for Paul Fitzsimons at Goodwood in May. Below form since, although took a step in the right direction for new yard at Haydock last time, and capable of building on that.
Tax Free is a tough veteran who got back to winning ways in a 5f Newmarket handicap in June. Posted a couple of solid in-frame efforts the next twice, but well held in a trio of outings last month, ands risky now.
Another Wise Kid got back to winning ways at Pontefract (5f) in July, but found wanting in a trio of outings since being reassessed, and simply seems to have lost his edge.
Fitz Flyer finally ended a long losing run in small-field handicap at Ayr last month, and back to that form when third of 16 behind Dungannon at Ascot last time. Every chance with a repeat, but unpredictable
New Fforest won a 5f AW maiden in September and opened account on turf at Warwickin July. Ran well when second at Chester next time, and remains less exposed than most of these.
Jack Luey was back on the up when adding to his tally at Redcar in May and a good third off this mark at Newcastle next time. Back to that form when fourth of 15 at Doncaster (6f) last time, and not without claims.
Moorhouse Lad is not the force he was, but fallen sharply in the weights. Creditable efforts on last 3 starts, and again hinted at a revival with strong finish at Haydock last time. One to bear in mind.
Rebecca Romero is a reliable handicapper who was back on the scoresheet at Salisbury in June. Excuses for poor runs either side of Newmarket second last month, hampered and eased off at Ascot last time. Can bounce back.
Commanche held his form well since bagging a brace of wins in June, finishing placed twice last month and as good as ever when just beaten at Doncaster on latest start. Sure to go well again.
Rylee Mooch has held his form pretty well this year without getting his head in front, and not beaten far big-field affair at Ayr on Friday. Vulnerable to less exposed rivals, though, and out of the weights here.
Noodles Blue Boy registered a second win of the summer when beating Moorhouse Lad in cheekpieces at Musselburgh (5f) last month. Fair fifth next time, but good run of form came to an end at Doncaster recently.
Cruise Tothelimit was placed several times earlier in the summer, and had excuses for a poor run at Ffos Las on penultimate start, but harder to forgive a tame display at Newmarket on Saturday.

Timeform 1-2-3:
1. Commanche
2. New Fforest
3. Moorhouse Lad
Timeform View: Commanche was better than ever when a close second at Doncaster last time, and looks sure to go well again. New Fforest is having a good season, and may have more to come, so is respected, as is Moorhouse Lad, who has fallen to a tempting mark, and has hinted at a revival on recent outings.
