Altruistic made a winning debut at Naas in August and produced a useful effort when 2 lengths third to Geoffrey Chaucer in 1m Curragh Group 2 since. Could easily have more to come after just 2 starts.
Buanarroti confirmed debut promise when running out wide-margin winner of 9f Tipperary maiden earlier this month. Potential for plenty more improvement but looks yard's third pick on riding arrangements.
Century overcame greenness to make a winning debut over this trip at the Curragh recently. The choice of Joseph O'Brien and yard won last 2 runnings of this with once-raced maiden winners.
Chief Barker was unbeaten in 3 starts, edging out subsequent Fillies Mile winner Chriselliam in 1m Haydock listed event for latest success. Could easily have more to come and well worth place up at this level.
Dolce N Karama needed the experience and offered something to work on when fourth in 7f AW maiden on last month's debut, but still a major surprise if he's up to figuring in this company.
Johann Strauss has shown promise on both starts, just undone by drop to 7f when beaten a head at Naas last weekend. Return to 1m sure to help and interesting Moore on him rather than Buonarroti.
Kingston Hill has quickly reached a high level of form, following his Newbury debut success with a 2-length defeat of Oklahoma City in 1m Newmarket Group 3 a fortnight ago. Looks potentially very smart.
Pinzolo has made an impressive start to his career, accounting for useful stablemate Sudden Wonder on debut and overcoming trouble in running to follow up in Newbury minor event (both 1m). Definitely more to come.
Snow Sky was much improved for a softer surface when running out an easy winner at Salisbury (1m) earlier this month. Interesting top connections prepared to pitch him straight in at this level on back of that.
Somewhat confirmed he's a smart colt with victory in 7f Newbury listed event in August and another good effort when head second to Berkshire in Royal Lodge at Newmarket. Good chance he'll be thereabouts again.
The Grey Gatsby won a 6f York maiden on debut and runner-up in pattern company both starts since, still showing signs of immaturity when 3 lengths second to Outstrip in Champagne here last month. Should stay 1m.
Timeform 1-2-3:
1. Kingston Hill
2. Pinzolo
3. Century
Timeform View: The final Group 1 of the season in Britain and often a good pointer to next year's Classics, with recent Derby winners Motivator, Authorized and Camelot all on the roll of honour. Kingston Hill has already run to a high level in just 2 starts and gets the vote ahead of fellow unbeaten pair Pinzolo and Century in what looks an open renewal.
