Timeform take you through the card at Punchestown on Sunday...

"This is tougher, but he's got lots of potential and looks worth siding with for the in-form Gordon Elliott team."

Timeform on Chosen Mate

13:45 - We kick things off with a cross country chase, and it would be folly to oppose Enda Bolger, considering he's won five of the last eight renewals. He sends JOSIES ORDERS (3), who's been productive so far this season, producing a career best to win a cross country event at Cheltenham in November, before backing that up with a fine third in a similar race at the same track a month later. He will be difficult to beat here. Ballycasey isn't the most straightforward of types, but he's capable of very smart form and is a fascinating contender.

14:20 - CHOSEN MATE (1) was a winner on his sole starts in points, and made an impressive start under Rules when winning a maiden hurdle at Fairyhouse last month, scoring by five lengths. He won in the manner of an above-average recruit that day, leading on the bridle entering the straight and keeping on well. This is tougher, but he's got lots of potential and looks worth siding with for the in-form Gordon Elliott team. Prince D'aubrelle hasn't been easy to train, but is clearly very talented and will be a big threat if putting everything together.

14:50 - DISCORDANTLY (13) has produced two solid efforts to finish third at Cork and Navan last month, and looks worth siding with here with more improvement to come from him. Lethal Steps is another promising type who's open to improvement and is a big danger, while Take Revenge is another to consider.

15:20 - GLOBAL RACING (11) has turned the corner since joining Gavin Cromwell two starts ago, getting off the mark on stable debut here in January, before backing that up with a good effort to finish third at Fairyhouse last time out. Raised just 2 lb, another C&D success could be on the cards. Treacysenniscorthy appeals as having more to offer and a market move for him would be significant.

15:50 - IMPACT FACTOR (5), is a still a maiden after six starts over fences, but he has been catching the eye on a regular basis, and produced an excellent effort to finish second in a particularly warm novice event at Gowran last time out. This looks like much calmer waters, and he is fancied to build on that recent good work by taking this. Riders Onthe Storm should have more to offer over fences and is next best ahead of Dr Mikey.

16:20 - SOLOMN GRUNDY (10) has run well in two starts since switching to Henry de Bromhead this term, and he caught the eye when fourth at Leopardstown in December, when things didn't go his way that day. A couple of less than fluent leaps halted his progress at a crucial time on that occasion, but he's been shaping as if he's on an attractive mark in this sphere, and it would be no surprise should he pop up and win sooner rather than later. Fitzhenry, Some Neck and Kilkishen all have claims in a wide open trial.

16:50 - CATS FOR CASH (7) has shown some ability to finish second in two bumpers starts to date, and shaped as if he was still rough around the edges when a runner-up at Fairyhouse last month. He's got a solid profile in the context of this race, though, and represents a trainer with a very strong record at this course. Lisa O'Neill is a very capable jockey, and consider plenty of these are making their debuts today, Cats For Cash can put his experience to good use and take this.
