Nick's daily selection is running at Goodwood today but who is carrying his hard-earned cash?

At Goodwood in the 3.05, Lough Diver should open his account in this maiden run over eleven furlongs with solid form in the book. Last time out at HQ this son of Act One ran very well to finish second to Interchange on soft ground over the July course.Today most of his rivals look pretty exposed so his current exchange price of [1.91] appears appropriate.

At Doncaster today in the 2.35 US Ranger has another crack at winning a Group 1 in this event over six furlongs.He ran his heart out in the July Cup just failing to overhaul Marchand D'Or at HQ.Last time out at Deauville he appeared not to appreciate the trip when finishing fifth to the same rival.Today he should appreciate the return to six furlongs and should go well in this race .

At Great Leighs today in the 2.45 Servoca should prove hard to beat in this maiden.This El Prado colt has plenty of solid form in the book and is clearly not entirely straightforward but should have to many guns for this bunch.At present he is trading at 2.08 on the exchange.

At Doncaster today in the first race at 1.35 Mythical Border is thrown in at the deep end in this high class event.This filly by Johannesberg worked brilliantly at the Fasig-Tipton sale at Calder racecourse in February and was ready on debut when bolting up in a Lingfield maiden in May.She has been off the course for quite a while but she is held in very high regard and could go close in this hot race.

At Brighton today in the 2.45 Timpanist is an interesting runner in this maiden from a stable that is just beginning to fire.This filly by Beat Hollow ran better than the placings suggested in a fair race at Newbury eventually finishing down the field behind Felday.She should improve for that recent run and should be much more competitive today.At present she is trading at 3.7 on the exchange.

At Doncaster today in the 2pm Perks should go close in this decent race.The selection comes in to this race after putting up a big effort when thrashing Drill Sergeant on similar ground last time out.Today he has more to do but he should relish the underfoot conditions and a big run is expected.

At Lingfield today in the 3.40 Tabulate should go very close in this selling race.This mare is in very good form and put up a very solid performance winning a similar event in July.This Dansili mare should be flying at the finish and her current price of [2.4] looks appropriate considering the grade.

At Bath today in the 4.10 Syvilla appears to have a solid chance in this maiden run over one mile and a half. This daughter of Nayef has some decent form in the book and did nothing wrong when beaten by a fair sort last time out.I do not think this race will take a lot of winning and she should go very close. At present the selection is trading at [2.06] on the exchange.
