Sunday's selection runs after an Ayr Gold Cup tilt yesterday, can he win so soon? It's Knot impossible...
As long as his exertions in the Ayr Gold Cup have not taken to much out of Knot In Wood, this Shinko Forest-gelding should go very close at Hamilton today in the 4.10 .He was drawn on the wrong side of the course yesterday and did remarkably well to finish so close to the winner Regal Parade.
Today's Selection:
Hamilton, 4.10, Knot In Wood, Win

At Ayr today in the 3.30 Advanced is a horse of interest in this valuable handicap. The selection comes in to this race with some solid efforts notably when finishing second to a fair sort in Listed company last time out. This Night Shift gelding has a touch of class and could run well in this race again and has a chance of repeating his success last year
Later on in the 4.40 the rapidly improving Perks should go very close in this Listed contest.Last time out he hacked up in a fair race at Doncaster and this horse will relish the underfoot conditions.
Today's Selections:
Ayr, 3.30, Advanced, Win and Place
Ayr, 4.40, Perks, Win

At HQ today in the 3.40 Neham could be competitive at the first time of asking. This beautifully bred son of Nayef comes in to this race with a stack of big race entries for later on in the year and is clearly well thought of. This race features a favourite that is sure to be trading at odds on in the shape of Summers Target but the selection could give him plenty to think about.
Today's Selection:
Newmarket,3.40,Neham,Win and Place

At Pontefract today in the 5pm Duncan should go close in this maiden run over ten furlongs. This son of Dalakhani comes in to this race with two solid efforts notably when finishing second to Summerstrand on debut. After another runner-up spot last time out at Windsor he should go one better today given minimal improvement.
Over at Great Leighs tonight in the 9.20 Dusk is a horse that is interesting after his last effort at Kempton Park. This son of Fantastic Light came in to the straight seemingly full of running but was trapped behind a wall of horses and came home on the bridle and clearly would have gone close given a clear path. At present he is trading at [8.2] on the exchange.
Today's Selections:
Pontefract, 5pm, Duncan, Win
Great Leighs, 9.20, Dusk, Win and Place

At Beverley today in the 2.35 What A Fella returns to maiden company after competing in nurseries and faces a large field with a very short priced favourite. The selection has plenty of form in the book notably when finishing second to the smart South Central on debut.Today the visor is fitted for the first time and if it has the desired effect he could run well at a decent price.
Today's Selection:
Beverley, 2.35, What A Fella, Win and Place

At Haydock today in the opening race at 2.30 Silent Wonder should go close in this maiden over the minimum distance. On debut this very inexpensive purchase ran very well finishing a closing second to Sir Geoffrey at Redcar after meeting interference at the start.I do not think this race will take a lot of winning and he is a deserving favourite.
Today's Selection:
Haydock, 2.30, Silent Wonder, Win

At Leicester today in the opening race at 2.30 Hi Shinko should go well in this maiden with a large field. Last time out the selection was beaten by longshot Bermondsey Bob in to second place in a maiden race at Salisbury. This Shinko Forest gelding faces a similar field today and with very little improvement he should take a strong hand in the finish.
Today's Selection:
Leicester, 2.30, Hi Shinko, Win
