Nick Shiambouros ended last week with a respectable 5.9 points profit and now hopes to continue the run with a couple of winners from Windsor...

"If he puts his best foot forward he should prevail"

15:20 Windsor - Mister Blue Sky

Mister Blue Sky should prove difficult to beat in this interesting nursery.

This colt finished second to Harbour Master at Sandown last month. He kept on well in the closing stages, but was no match for the easy winner. He had previously finished a close second to the talented Montataire at Ascot. If he can reproduce that piece of form he will surely take this.

At present he is trading at 2.447/5 on the exchange which is more than fair.

The main danger is Jumping Jack who won a Wolverhampton nursery in good style last month. He has obvious claims but may not be as effective on turf.

15:50 Windsor - Plenary

I am prepared to give Plenary one last chance to get his head in front.

This gelding has been beaten as the favourite on his last three starts, but has the form in the book to take this. In May he finished an excellent second to Shabeeb who has since run well in Group company. Trainer Jeremy Noseda applies the cheeckpieces today, presumably to help him concentrate on the job in hand.

If he puts his best foot forward he should prevail. He is trading at 3.711/4 on the exchange and I have backed him at this price.

Vermeulen is the favourite at 2.588/5. He is steadily improving with racing and is the main danger to the selection.
