Timeform pick out three bets from Kilbeggan on Monday.
Cinema de Quartier - 17:45 Kilbeggan
Cinema de Quartier was placed on his only start in points and looked shaped well on Rules debut at Punchestown last month, just unlucky to bump into an above-average recruit, but pulling clear of the remainder. The horse that finished fifth that day has come out and won since, which bodes well, and Cinema de Quartier looks well up to winning a race of this nature. The main danger looks to be Monarch, who was a useful performer on the Flat, and has finished second on both starts over hurdles so far.
Pass The Ball - 19:30 Kilbeggan
Pass The Ball was last seen under Rules finishing third in a hunter chase at Punchestown in April, but he has since won twice in points, and looks potentially well treated back over hurdles off a career-low mark, so he is worth chancing to prove himself well weighted, albeit in a competitive big-field handicap hurdle. Cairnshill arrives on the back of a couple of good placed efforts and should go well again, while Mountmellick Girl and Jet Mistress also make the shortlist.
Black Zambezi - 20:30 Kilbeggan
Black Zambezi has progressed with each start over fences and managed to open his account in a C&D maiden chase last time in fine style. Never far away, he jumped fine throughout and was never headed once taking it up on the final circuit, winning with plenty in hand. Open to further progress in this sphere, he is taken to follow up on handicap debut, likely at the main expense of Dont Kick Nor Bite, who has won his last two starts over hurdles and merits respect back over fences.
