Sephton - 17:45 Windsor
This looks wide open and the vote goes to Sephton, who failed to land a telling blow at Nottingham recently but that nevertheless represented a step back in the right direction. He's been eased 5 lb since and this stiffer test should help. Isle of Wolves will be a threat if the ground dries out but, as things stand, unexposed Lingfield winner Whistler Bowl and Sea Art rate the main dangers.

Two Bids - 20:20 Windsor
This looks a warm maiden and it could be worth opposing Two Bids, despite him shaping with plenty of promise on debut at Sandown last month. Fly The Flag arguably shaped as promising when filling the same position on her debut at Chelmsford and could improve significantly from that now.

Volcanique - 17:55 Beverley
2 - Sir Mark Prescott Bt's number of winners in past 9 runnings
Volcanique looks a typical Sir Mark Prescott improver now stepping up in trip and entering handicaps. She is yet to show much if any form, but her pedigree is an ongoing recommendation, and there is enough stamina on the dam's side to think that this significant step up in trip will suit. Prescott has a good record in this race too, so a bold show is on the cards.
