A Kempton Nap and Next Best from Timeform
Kempton Nap - 20:00 - Back Dancingwithmyself
Dancingwithmyself was very green but showed something to work on over seven furlongs on her debut at Chelmsford in October and she built on that experience as expected when opening her account upped to a mile at the same course just nine days later.
She was much stronger in the betting on that occasion, not settling fully in the early stages but that didn't stop her finishing effort, produced to lead in the final furlong and staying on well. There should be more to come now entering handicaps and an opening mark of 71 seems more than fair given her form is working out well.
Kempton Next Best - 20:30 - Back Dark Dreamer
Dark Dreamer showed ability in three relatively quick runs last season, but was seemingly brought along with handicaps in mind, and he duly showed improved form on his return and handicap debut when getting off the mark over this course and distance last month.
That was his first start since being gelded and he showed improved form to justify good support, finding plenty in the closing stages to see off another unexposed rival. He ran at least as well in defeat at Windsor last time, again doing all of his best work at the finish, and he remains a horse to be positive about, particularly now back on the all-weather.
