Today's Placepot attempt comes from Kempton Park

There is an interesting afternoon of all-weather action at Kempton Park on Monday and that is where we head for today's attempt at the Placepot.

"Queensbury Odyssey was brought along slowly in maidens and looks to have been left on a workable mark based on his effort on handicap debut at Nottingham last time, where he was left poorly placed."

14:25 - Hard to get away from Mossgo here back on the all-weather racing from just a 3lb higher mark than he defied three starts ago, when completing a hat-trick for his thriving yard. He is the most likely of the four runners to go forward, and he should be hard to catch from the front.

14:55 - Favourite Khusoosy has to deft a long absence and is worth taking on for Placepot purposes with the other three-year-old in the field Landwade Lad, who although now a 9-race maiden, has plenty of useful placed efforts, including last time which represented a career best. Berrahri won with his last visit to this track and has shown improved form on turf since, so is certainly worth including, especially seeing as he may well get his own way out in front.

15:25 - Joules will have learned plenty from his debut, and with his full brother Power being useful at two, plenty more is expected of him with that run under his belt, and he is worth banking on to be in the places here.

15:55 - Queensbury Odyssey was brought along slowly in maidens and looks to have been left on a workable mark based on his effort on handicap debut at Nottingham last time, where he was left poorly placed. Simply Clever also catches the eye now upped to a more suitable trip on handicap debut with Paul Hanagan booked after showing little in maidens.

16:25 - Every Instinct sets the standard here with his second at Ffos Las last time after a break, and he looks one to keep on side now stripping fitter for that effort. It is possible that we will a lot more from Maid of Kent now upped to this trip, which should bring out her best considering her pedigree.

16:55 - The New Pharaoh is a full brother to the top-class Motivator and stands out as one to include now sent handicapping from a mark of just 60, having been give a considerate introduction in three maiden starts. Knight Music could be the one to give him the biggest challenge, having looked a shade unlucky last time at Epsom when stumbling inside the final furlong.

Recommendations:
14:25- 1
14:55- 6,8
15:25- 3
15:55- 4,10
16:25- 4,5
16:55- 5,6
