"...the handicapper has perhaps taken a chance with her opening mark of 75..."

Timeform on Muneyra

16:30 - FABIOLLA (7) made plenty of appeal on paper - out of a Group 3 winner who finished placed in a Group 1 as a two-year-old - and duly made an encouraging debut when finishing runner-up at Yarmouth last month. She looked in need of the experience, a little more know-how have even seen her win, staying on well to be never nearer than at the finish. There should be plenty more to come from her and she looks well up to winning races. Watheerah shaped equally promising on debut and looks the clear main danger.

17:00 - CLOUDLAM (6) built on her promising debut when runner-up at Hamilton in September, no match for a clued up winner, but finished clear of the remainder and shaped well to boot. She appeals as the type to make further progress and can get off the mark. Elenora Delight and Beauty Salon may give her most to think about.

17:30 - Salute The Soldier sets a good standard here, but it could be worth chancing SKYDIVING (7), who not for the first time shaped well when finishing second over this C&D last time. He was unlucky not to win, travelling well in the rear and having to wait for a gap under two furlongs out, before keeping on well once in the clear. He is definitely up to winning races from this mark and can deservedly open his account.

18:00 - ATTY PERSSE (1) is a smart performer on his day, as he showed when winning the King George Handicap at Royal Ascot last season, and the pick of his form this season gives him leading claims here. His best effort came when second in a handicap at Ascot in July, and his latest run at Newmarket can be ignored, said to be struggling with a breathing problem. Atty Persse has since undergone a wind operation and a much better performance is expected under James Doyle. Crowned Eagle is feared most.

18:30 - MUNEYRA (7) has made a promising start to her career, landing the odds with plenty to spare at Wolverhampton last month and, even though she failed to follow up at Chelmsford last time, she still should have more to offer. On the pick of her form, the handicapper has perhaps taken a chance with her opening mark of 75, and with this step up to a mile expected to suit, she is fancied to resume winning ways. Private View could be the one to give her most to do.

19:00 - MR MINERALS (2) hasn't progressed as expected this year, but he is edging down the weights as a result, and could be worth chancing in an open event. His best effort to date came at this track when winning a seven-furlong handicap last summer, and he has been well supported on several occasions this season, suggesting connections feel he has more to offer. Rosarno makes most appeal of the remainder.

19:30 - BAN SHOOF (6) hasn't won since December last year, but he has been consistent since, and looks attractively handicapped having slipped 2 lb below that mark. He was beaten by one who showed much improved form last time, and was a bit below form himself, but his record on the all-weather reads well, and he is well worth chancing in an open handicap.
