Timeform on Charlie Stout

Charlie Stout - 12:35 Fairyhouse

Charlie Stout stands out on form after enjoying a good summer over fences and should go close. He won at Galway in September and shaped as if still in form when runner-up over a longer trip at the same course last month. His stamina was seemingly stretched on that occasion and he finished tired, but he should be fresh after a six-week break and looks to have been found a good opportunity.

Unexcepted - 14:05 Fairyhouse

Unexcepted was bought on behalf of J.P. McManus for £200,000 in 2017 after finishing third at Auteuil and he finally makes his debut in Ireland. He couldn't be in better hands as Willie Mullins is a dab hand at bringing on French recruits and turning them into top performers. He has scope for plenty of progress and is likely to prove the best horse in this race, with fitness potentially his only obstacle.

Lovely Carrig - 15:05 Fairyhouse

Lovely Carrig turned in an excellent effort when third here last week on his return to hurdles and has solid claims in a race lacking depth. He did his best work late on, so he should enjoy this step up in trip, and he has a good chance on form if this race doesn't come too soon.
