LADY IN LAVENDER - 15:05 Gowran Park
LADY IN LAVENDER has been much improved over hurdles since joining Denis Hogan, finishing placed in a pair of handicaps at Tramore and Ballinrobe. On that evidence, she looks potentially well treated now back on the Flat from a mark of 52, and this low-grade affair should prove well within her grasp if continuing the good work of late. Havana Breeze and Scorpion Black are next best.
CREDENZA - 16:15 Gowran Park
CREDENZA proved at least as good as ever when third in a Group 2 at the Curragh last weekend, keeping only well to be beaten only two lengths by Tarnawa. This doesn't look anywhere near so competitive, and, 2 lb clear of the field on weight-adjusted ratings, she looks sure to take all the beating if arriving in the same sort of form. English-challengers Shenanigans and Queen of Time are feared most of the remainder.
QUEEN AMIDALA - 16:50 Gowran Park
QUEEN AMIDALA disappointed on handicap debut here last time, but Joseph Murphy's charge arrived on an upward curve prior to that, notably winning a maiden that has worked out well at Killarney in August, and she is well worth another chance. Ultra Pride, Lyrical Attraction and Passing Trade are a trio of others to consider in a wide-open affair.
