Timeform bring you their three best bets from the evening's action at Ballinrobe...

"Exit Seven makes his handicap debut of what looks a potentially lenient mark..."

We kick off proceedings with a handicap hurdle over 17 furlongs (18:30) and the one to keep on side looks to be Exit Seven. He wasn't knocked about when 8th of 24 in a novice hurdle at Cork 18 days ago and makes his handicap debut of what looks a potentially lenient mark. Cheekpieces are also reached for today and if they have the desired effect he could prove to have too much in the locker for this evening's rivals.

It's another handicap hurdle under consideration next, this time over two-and-a-half miles (19:30) and Vive Le France, who was a big eyecatcher on his first start for Tony Martin at Punchestown earlier this month, looks primed to strike. The step up in trip looks sure to suit and it would be no surprise to see him build on that with victory here. There are plenty who are feared in what looks an open contest, with a market check advised for debutants Roll It Out and Cape Glory.

The final bet of the evening comes in a handicap chase over 22 furlongs (20:00) and handicap debutant Sammy Black makes plenty of appeal. He's already matched the pick of his hurdles form after just three starts over fences and with the promise of more to come as a chaser, he looks ideally placed to make a winning start in this sphere. Harpsy Cord and Romanesco are just two in a long list of dangers but the selection can improve past them to continue his rapid upward progression.
