We head across the Irish sea to Bellewstown and Tipperary for today's Irish SmartPlays...

Some jumps action starts us off at Bellewstown with the 2m1f hurdle (17:20) likely to go the way of the Tony Martin trained Blackmail. Despite being a highly touted bumper horse last season he left that form in his wake when making an impressive start over hurdles at Galway last time, adding slick jumping to his arsenal of likeable attribute; he shouldn't have a problem making it two from two here.
The Group 3 Fairy Bridge Stakes at Tipperary (18:40) is first flat race under consideration today, but Aidan O'Brien's star Australian import Sea Siren should gain compensation for disappointing outing at the Curragh last time and get back to winning ways in what is a less competitive contest. She has the best form on balance and is likely to prove too classy for the rest of the field.
We stay on the flat for the last of Thursday's best bets, where Morga is taken against a competitive field in the closing nine furlong handicap (20:10) she shaped well when fifth and the Curragh last time in what was a career-best effort for her and is likely to continue her upward curve here; she may not have the very best form in the race but she's sure to give everything she's got and may just surprise a few.
