In the 13:40, Annie Oakley did very well to get up at Punchestown last time having hit 300.0 in the run and is taken to follow up. She is a progressive stayer and shouldn't have any trouble with this trip regardless of likely testing conditions. Inis Meain and Hold Em Cowboy make up the shortlist.

The best bet among the Grade 2 races appears to be in the Flyingbolt Novice Chase at 15:10. The drop back in trip is unlikely to bother Bright New Dawn and this looks a good opportunity for him to record a first Graded win over fences following a second-placed finish behind the promising Djakadam at this level last time. Mallowney and Shrapnel look best of the others.

Finally we look to the two-mile handicap hurdle at 16:20. The in-form Court Jester went agonisingly close last time when clear with another improving sort and is taken to go one better this time. Westerners Scoiety is thriving for his new yard and is an obvious threat, while Sizing Australia is still potentially well treated in this sphere judged on what he's capable of in cross-country events.
