"Safe Home (16:45) improved on his maiden-winning form on debut when in midfield at Gowran on handicap bow last month."
Aru Cha Cha (15:15) show much-improved form when narrowly losing out in a seven-furlong Down Royal nursery last time, travelling best only to be collared on the line. He can make amends dropped back in trip here. Nakara and Grace Daisy are a couple of the likely improvers going handicapping for the first time.
The handicap for three-year-olds over the same trip half an hour later doesn't look to be overly-competitive. Hail Shower has been in fine fettle and gets the nod back sprinting after a good third at Listowel last week. Naas winner She's Not Simple could kick on again now handicapping and looks the main danger.
Finally, Safe Home (16:45) improved on his maiden-winning form on debut when in midfield at Gowran on handicap bow last month. He is still open to improvement after just two starts and he can prove the answer in a competitive handicap. Heirloom is two-from-two in cheekpieces and is respected, while Placere won a competitive handicap last time and has place claims despite a hefty rise in the weights.
