Timeform's SmartPlays team turn to Ballinrobe on Monday.
"In what looks a very open handicap it may be worth chancing Get Out of Jail. The form of his penultimate run has been well advertised and his latest can be excused on account of a slip, especially given he's only five starts into his career..."
Aared - 18:30 Ballinrobe
Aared may well of bumped into some useful fillies last time: winner Eshera looked useful and has Group entries, while runner-up Aimhirgin Lass went on to win at Killarney last week. Without such strong competition this time, Aared may well prove to be good value should the visor and tongue tie have the desired effect. Obvious danger Swordfight looks to be exposed, for all he'll probably set the bar for the selection.
Marshall Jennings - 19:30 Ballinrobe
Marshall Jennings looks unexposed compared to some of the more seasoned handicappers here. He's had only two starts for Jessica Harrington since joining from Richard Hannon, unlucky the first time and improving to finish fourth in a fair handicap at the Curragh last time, having raced freely before responding well to finish just under a length behind the winner. There's likely to be a reasonable pace here, supplied by Lean And Keen and Hurricane Twister, which should give Marshall Jennings a chance to settle. She's No Joke may well prove the main danger having only been raised 2 lb for going close over C&D last time.
Get Out of Jail - 20:00 Ballinrobe
In what looks a very open handicap it may be worth chancing Get Out of Jail. The form of his penultimate run has been well advertised and his latest can be excused on account of a slip, especially given he's only five starts into his career and therefore remains unexposed. Ebony Roc will be the focal danger, especially if the money comes, while Byron Blue also came second in the same race last year and is now tried in blinkers.
