Timeform put forward three bets at Kilbeggan this evening...
Station Closed (17:55) has shown a fair level of ability for her new yard in bumpers and can leave her heavy-ground form behind on this sound surface. She is fancied to get the better of Kathleen Frances and New River this time. Station Closed didn't get involved in outings over hurdles on heavy ground but has looked much better on faster ground in bumpers for new stable, in the frame on all three starts. Interesting contender back over timber on sound surface.
Westhaven (18:25) and Golden Heron look the pair to concentrate on here, the first-named making a good fist of things revrting to hurdles on firmer ground than previously at Bellewstown recently, and he is awarded a narrow vote. A similar display should see him on the premises again, and he can land the spoils.
Jabus (19:30) was heavily eased to win by a wide margin at Downpatrick last time, and a hike of 11 lb may not be enough to prevent a follow up. Miss Penny Pincher and Derrinlanna can give him most to do. The seven-year-old belatedly built on bumper promise when winning 15-runner handicap at Downpatrick last time by 18 lengths from Ta Blazes. Eased considerably there, and still well treated despite an 11 lb rise.
