Timeform's Irish team bring you their three best bets from Leopardstown on Saturday...
"Nichols Canyon could prove a cut above today's rivals and is taken to maintain his 100% record in this discipline..."
Leopardstown 13:20 - Ballycasey
We kick things off with the Grade 1 Dial-A-Bet Chase over 17 furlongs and Ballycasey is the one for our money. He narrowly shaded the vote over Uxizandre as he still possesses plenty of potential in this sphere - he also has a Grade 1 win over fences at this track to his name and ran well at Gowran Park last time.
Leopardstown 13:50 - Nichols Canyon
It's more Grade 1 action, this time timber in the Future Champions Novices' Hurdle over two miles and it is hard to look beyond Nichols Canyon. He made it two from two in this sphere when landing the Royal Bond with a good deal of authority at Fairyhouse last month. Today's field contains some exciting prospects as you would expect but the selection could prove a cut above and is taken to maintain his 100% record in this discipline.
Leopardstown 14:55 - Foxrock
Our final bet of the day comes in the handicap chase over an extended three miles and as always it looks a wide-open renewal. Foxrock is the one to keep on side after an eye-catching third to the progressive Grand Jesture at Punchestown earlier this month. His trainer Ted Walsh took this with Colbert Station two years ago and it's hoped Foxrock can follow in his footsteps having been laid out for the race.
