Timeform take you through the card at Huntingdon on Thursday...

"His final run over hurdles was solid enough (third at Doncaster) and he's expected to build on that here."

13:15 - MARMONT (6) travelled well at Leicester last time but was unable to land a blow on the principals on ground that was particularly testing. He's been better away from extreme ground (two best efforts on good to soft and soft), and is well worth a look here with Richard Johnson back on board. Handy Hollow's Hexham form is strong enough and though he disappointed last time he could well bounce back following a break. He'd be interesting if given a prominent ride at this sharp track (likely to need a test of stamina).

13:45 - Midnight Target looks solid enough and is probably on a fair mark but at the prices THE OGLE GOGLE MAN (6) is interesting on his chasing debut. He is a strapping chasing sort on looks and background (point winner), so it's no surprise to see him make the switch to fences for his handicap debut here. His final run over hurdles was solid enough (third at Doncaster) and he's expected to build on that here.

14:15 - THECLOCKISTICKING (4) ran well in the Grade 2 Kennel Gate Novices' Hurdle at Ascot last time behind the exciting Claimantakinforgan (who was possibly unsuited by Musselburgh on the weekend) and subsequent winner Dr Des, and with the step up in trip expected to suit him, he can get back to winning ways here now down in grade.

14:50 - RED INDIAN (2) ran well when third in the Lanzarote Hurdle at Kempton last time (despite losing a shoe), and with that form getting a nice boost via fourth-place Topofthegame winning at Sandown on the weekend, he looks a solid enough favourite here. Wilde Blue Yonder is clearly a fragile sort but would be a big danger if building on his reappearance here.

15:20 - Minella For Me is interesting from this sort of mark but in truth there aren't too many reasons to take on GLENFORDE (3) for Placepot purposes after his good second to subsequent scorer Newberry New at Uttoxeter. He travelled well that day, so the slight drop back in trip under these less-testing conditions should suit.

15:55 - AMBERJAM (8) ran well behind a thrown-in winner at Doncaster last time but is unlikely to bump into one as well treated as that here. SERPICO (9) has been given a chance by the handicapper and has attracted support in the morning, so also looks worth chancing for a yard that continue in good form.

16:30 - Plenty of newcomers here and hard to make a solid call without the benefit of late market clues. That said, Miss Honey Ryder does make appeal on paper and could be the one to be with for a yard who do well in this sphere.
