16:30 - GREENGAGE (7) is yet to conclusively prove that she stays this far, but she arrives here in the form of her life, with three wins from her last four starts, and it is hard to oppose her from only 3 lb higher than when recording her latest success at Newcastle. Percy Prosecco is in good hands and appeals as the type to bounce back after a break, while Glutnforpunishment should strip fitter for his recent return and is another to consider.
17:00 - LILI WEN FACH (6) showed only modest form in 12 starts as a two-year-old, but this represents a significant drop in grade, and, 7 lb clear of the field on weight-adjusted ratings, there is an obvious case to be made for her on these terms, especially if the application of first-time blinkers has the desired effect. Xian Express, who has to concede 17 lb to the selection, is the clear pick of the remainder.
17:30 - ROCKESBURY (10) was possibly unsuited by the fibresand at Southwell last time and is well worth another chance to confirm the promise of his earlier second over C&D. He was beaten just half a length on that occasion, despite meeting the winner on unfavourable terms, and should be thereabouts again if reproducing that level of form. Seaforth is feared most under a penalty for his recent C&D success, just ahead of the unexposed Sauron's Eye.
18:00 - BRENBAR (3) stepped up on the form of his debut when fourth over C&D last time, still looking green but keeping on well in the closing stages to be beaten less than a length. He is sure to go on improving as he gains in experience and looks to have been found a good opportunity to get off the mark here. Badayel sets the standard on form but doesn't appear the most straightforward, so it could be the newcomer Snow Space who gives the selection most to do.
18:30 - MOUNT WELLINGTON (9) made it two wins from his last three starts when successful over six furlongs here two weeks ago, with the way the race unfolded proving much more to his liking than when narrowly beaten over C&D on his previous start, a strong pace bringing his stamina firmly into play. Clearly thriving since joining this yard, he remains potentially well treated from only 4 lb higher here and is very much one to keep onside now back up in trip. Kupa River and Lucky Lodge are others with claims in a competitive heat.
19:00 - SOLAR HEIGHTS (1) shaped as if needing the run after four months off when fifth over C&D last time, and she should now be closer to the form that saw her record three all-weather wins in 2019, including a six-length success on the last occasion at Chelmsford. The feeling remains that we still haven't seen the best of her, and, 2 lb lower here than for her reappearance, she is well another chance to prove as much. Geizy Teizy had the selection behind when winning last time and remains a danger on these revised terms, along with the lightly-raced Regal Lilly, who completes the shortlist on handicap debut.
19:30 - DOLLA DOLLA BILL (6) could be in the money if building on his fine handicap debut run at Lingfield when just outpointed by Rulers Kingdom. Mark Johnston's charge made all there and looks dangerous again, while Utopian Lad went close on his first run for David Loughnane here three weeks ago and is another to note.
