Elladora showed improved form to finish a close third on her handicap debut at Newcastle last month, and she can probably have that effort upgraded a little as well, not so well placed as the pair that beat her, challenging from the rear and further away from the near rail. There is every chance she is capable of better still, and she looks the one to side with here.

Turanga Leela - 17:40 Wolverhampton

Course-and-distance specialist Turanga Leela arrives here in search of her sixth win under these conditions, and given the form she has been in of late, she gets the vote to land it. She has been in arguably the form of her life racing at Kempton since the turn of the year, winning in January before twice hitting the frame, and given her aptitude for this venue, this tough, consistent type is difficult to oppose.

Morlaix - 19:40 Wolverhampton

Morlaix got back on the up when opening his account over a mile at Southwell last month, forging clear to win by over two lengths, but he seemed unsuited by the step up to 11 furlongs at the same venue last time, unable to sustain his effort late on. This step back in distance should show him to better effect, and given he is less exposed than the majority of this field, he holds leading claims on his tapeta debut.
