"..this looks a good chance of another success, with the main danger Trixster now a non-runner following his win at Warwick Yesterday."

Timeform on Mac Tottie

14:15 - MAC TOTTIE (1) has thrived over the summer, winning on three occasions and completing a double at Cartmel most recently, and this looks a good chance of another success, with the main danger Trixster now a non-runner following his win at Warwick Yesterday. Farocco looks the most viable option for the forecast.

14:50 - TARA MAC (7) is hard to ignore on her recent chasing success, when winning by a distance, and she looks to have excellent claims returned to the smaller obstacles with this lower hurdles mark so she gets the nod to follow up. Isle of Destiny is an interesting runner with this shorter trip likely to be in her favour now venturing into handicaps. Theatre Act cannot be dismissed from a dangerous mark, also.

15:25 - HILLARY VIEW (1) looks a useful chaser in the making for a yard that continues in fine form and the 6-y-o can resume winning ways. 3 non-completions wouldn't make Sulamani The Late much of a proposition usually but he might have been placed with more luck at Sedgefield and he probably has a race in him. Bafana Blue could figure if his stamina lasts out.

16:00 - SURF AND TURF (4) has been off the track a year and has undergone a breathing operation in that time, but he won a C&D handicap from just 1 lb lower last summer so is certainly weighted to strike if returning on his game. Alfie's Choice is the obvious danger with the 5-y-os operating from stiff marks.

16:35 - JAUNTY THOR's (2) jumping will always be a cause for concern but he arrives in fine fettle having scored over timber at Perth last month, and he looks to have been found a good opportunity back over larger obstacles. Notonebuttwo was set to go close before departing at Sedgefield in May and he is also worth a second look on that evidence.

17:10 - EQUUS PANDORA (6) is clearly well treated based on his bumper win and, having taken a while to get the hang of things over hurdles, looked well treated when staying on into third at Perth 9 days ago. The extra emphasis on stamina here should bring more out of him, so he's taken to get the better of Wyfield Rose, who bids to make it 2 from 2 for Dianne Sayer, and Chanceiton.
