Timeform pick out three bets from Dundalk on Friday evening.
"With the prospect of more to come after just two starts, Jim Bolger's charge is fancied to defy a 3 lb penalty for that victory..."
Castrogiovanni - Dundalk 18:00
Castrogiovanni showed improved form to get off the mark at the seventh attempt reverting to maiden company at Fairyhouse on Tuesday and looks potentially well treated back in a handicap under a penalty. He is taken to follow up for the Joseph O'Brien yard. Hot Stone's opening mark looks a fair one and she is likely to emerge as the chief threat, with Stewardess another to note under Pat Smullen following a good second at Naas earlier this month.
Goldrush - Dundalk 19:30
Goldrush looked potentially smart when winning a similar heat over C&D two weeks ago, staying on to lead deep inside the final furlong, and appearing to have more in hand than the official winning margin would suggest. With the prospect of more to come after just two starts, Jim Bolger's charge is fancied to defy a 3 lb penalty for that victory and can maintain her unbeaten record. Crowning Glory and the progressive Belle Boyd make most appeal of the remainder.
Small Bit of Love - Dundalk 20:30
Small Bit of Love progressed steadily in maidens, producing her best effort when beaten just two lengths at Gowran Park last time, and appeals as the sort to go on to better things now handicapping. Beau Satchel wasn't seen to best effect on turf last time and is likely still in good heart, while Miss Snossyboots was a good second here a fortnight ago and is also respected for the in-form Mick Halford yard (two winners from his last six runners).
