Timeform pick out their three best bets from Friday's Irish racing action, which comes from Down Royal and Leopardstown...
"...he looks a good alternative to the short-priced favourite"
Timeform on Falak
Falak - 17:30 Down Royal
Falak was an eye-catcher when second here in January, finishing second on testing ground behind an improving sort. Today's going is much more likely to suit, and provided he's none the worse for his unfortunate experience at Limerick last month, slipping up when in the process of running creditably, he looks a good alternative to the short-priced favourite Roseriver Has, and is taken to make amends here.
Casimiro - 17:55 Leopardstown
Casimiro shaped better than his reappearance at Leopardstown a fortnight ago, and was unlucky not to finish closer than he did that fay, having to pick his way through the field on the inner rail. He's got some of the strongest form on offer in this race, and is chance to score off what looks a workable mark. Markhan is a threat if sharper for his reappearance last month, though the current form of his yard is a concern.
Faradays Law - 20:55 Leopardstown
It seems that Faradays Law has taken to life at Joseph O'Brien's yard very well, as she shaped well on her first start for her new trainer when runner-up at Dundalk three weeks ago, nearest at the finish. It's likely that there's more improvement to come from her yet, and she is fancied to build on that run by taking this. Bianca Minola brings solid recent form to the table and is feared, along with Beach Wedding.
