Nick Shiambouros is back in the chair with three big priced selections from York...

"My idea of the winner is Move In Time who ran a cracker when finishing third to Muthmir at Goodwood in the King George Stakes"

Back Move In Time to win and place in the 15:40 at York

14:30 York - Tac De Boistron

Tac De Boistron is worth another chance in this interesting race.

This gelding finished last behind Trip To Paris in the Gold Cup at Ascot. He never travelled with any fluency on the fast ground, and was allowed to coast home in his own time. Clearly there was something amiss with him, and hopefully he will show his true running today.

This high class performer won the Prix Royal Oak for the second time at Longchamp last October, and a reproduction of that effort should be good enough to take this Group 2 event.

He is trading at 7.06/1 on the exchange and I have backed him at this price.

15:40 York - Move In Time

The presence of Queen Mary winner Acapulco adds to the intrigue of this outstanding contest.

This talented two-year-old filly crushed her rivals at Royal Ascot and will be all the rage to take this Group 1 event. She has to be respected, but I have no interest in backing her at her current price of 3.185/40 on the exchange. She is taking on older sprinters at the highest level and the ground could be against her.

My idea of the winner is Move In Time who ran a cracker when finishing third to Muthmir at Goodwood in the King George Stakes. He finished strongly and was gaining on the winner close home.

With underfoot conditions in his favour, I think he has a super chance of turning the tables on Muthmir. He is well worth an interest in the win market at 23.022/1 and the place market at 5.69/2.

16:20 York - Perkunas

Perkunas is worth an interest in this wide open maiden.

This gelding caught the eye on debut when finishing a decent second to Emotionless at HQ earlier this month. He is open to a good deal of improvement and I expect him to go close.

He is trading at 9.417/2 on the exchange which is more than fair.

Dermot Weld runs Palmetto Dunes who finished second at Galway earlier this month. He appears to be improving with racing, and could be the main danger to the selection.
