Timeform pick out their three best bets from Listowel on Friday...

Timeform on Freetown
Freetown has run to a similar level in both of her starts this season, finishing placed in a couple of above-average maidens so far this season and, with further improvement on the cards, he looks well up to opening his account here. The Dermot Weld-trained Baliyad has reached a similar level of form, but is more exposed, so newcomer Media City could prove a bigger danger.
Listen Dear failed to build on her excellent comeback effort at Galway when a beaten favourite at Ballinrobe last time, but is probably worth another chance given she made a couple of late errors that day, and she is fancied to build on her earlier promise here. It's not easy to know how much ability Carlingford Lough retains and perhaps a bigger threat will come from Alisier d'Irlande, who was third in Grade 3 company when last seen in the spring.
Goodnightgodbless is steadily going the right way, producing her best effort to date at Ballinrobe 17 days ago, despite meeting with defeat when runner-up to the reopposing Can't Be Done. Open to further improvement, she is fancied to make a bold bid to regain the winning thread in an admittedly competitive handicap. The hat-trick seeking Cappacon and Can't Be Done are feared most, in that order.
