The markets have been reviewed, and today's three Follow The Money selections come from the meetings at Chepstow and Leicester...
Our first selection of the afternoon comes in the 15:45 Hamilton Handicap over 1m5f. The inform Mark Johnson trained Polarisation has been well supported from 2.982/1 in to 2.3211/8. Having not been the most straightforward in the past, however he has shown improvement this year since being upped in trip and deservedly won at Haydock two starts ago. With this looking a slightly easier assignment than the last at Ascot and just being 3lb higher than his last win the market support is justified.
The lay selection comes in the 15:55 Leicester 7f Handicap where Ya Latif has been negative in the market, drifting from 2.31 out to 3.02/1. The three-year-old filly has been weak in the market overnight and continued this morning with the substantial market support for the Godolphin runner Fine View. Having won well on handicap debut at Salisbury he then went to Windsor and finished a disappointing fourth at odds on when hanging under pressure and fading out in the final furlong. There could be further progress but with the market drift this is our lay for today.
Our final selection comes in the 17:00 Leicester 1m4f Handicap race, where Mysterial, the Declan Caroll-trained gelding has been supported from a high of 7.87/1 in to 4.03/1. He took advantage of a drop in the weights to win back-to-back, however he couldn't complete the hat-trick at Ayr a fortnight ago, though did too much too soon under a forceful ride and that run could be better overlooked. With the significant market support we expect a bold show.
Back Polarisation at 2.3211/8 in the 15:45 Hamilton
Lay Ya Latif at 3.02/1 in the 15:55 Leicester
