Lay Kings Pavilion @ 1.9620/21 in the 14:40 Epsom
Back Swashbuckling @ 2.8615/8 in the 16:55 Epsom
Back Irish Girls Spirit @ 3.953/1 in the 15:40 Musselburgh

We start with our Lay of the day over at Epsom in the 14:40 1m Condition Stakes where Kings Pavilion has been easy to back this morning from an early price of 1.728/11 out to 1.9620/21. This Mark Johnson trained colt has won twice already in his first season, including on good to soft ground which is the going today at Epsom. He has finished second on his last two outings however the future form from his previous run hasn't seen any winners, so he may look vulnerable to anything progressive in this race. With the absence of Steel of Madrid in this race has left Kings Pavilion at the head of the market, however with the slight drift this looks like the a great short price lay today.

Moving to the 15:10 1m2f Maiden Stakes at Epsom where we look to our first back Swashbuckling, supported in from 3.7511/4 in to 2.8615/8. Swashbuckling caught the eye on his debut at Newmarket when finishing the race strongly to finish third. Since that race the horses that finish behind him in 4th, 5th and 7th have all won since so the form of that Newmarket race looks very strong. The extra yardage here will suit and with the positive jockey booking of Silvestre De Sousa in the plate, he is fancied to open his account for follow the money backers.

Finally to Musselburgh for the 5f Apprentice Handicap at 17:15 where Irish Girls Spirit has received steady support this morning from a high of 5.27 in to 3.953/1. Having won for the first time this year last time out at Hamilton under a strong Graham Lee ride. This six-year-old Mare returns to her favourite course and distance having won this race for the last two years in a row. 2013 Shirley Teasdale claiming 3Lb, 2014 Jack Garrity Claiming 3Lb. Now can it be the hat trick for Irish Spirit girl to shine with Rowan Scott taking off 5Lb helping with the penalty of winning last time out.
