Today's Follow The Money features the meetings at Navan and Ffos Las.
In the 15:50 at Ffos Las we find a gem of a win bet in the form of Pearl Swan. This nine-year-old has been well-supported in Sunday's early betting moves, trading at 4.3100/30 initially but now at around 3.259/4. Connections of this course and distance winner will be hoping he can get off the mark again just like he did back in November, albeit in a step up in class. He seems to be headed in the right direction with two wins in six runs of fences, and we're happy to support him this afternoon.
In the 16:10 at Navan, we find our lay of the day in what is a competitive grade two novice chase. Anibale Fly has been steadily on the drift, trading at a low of 2.245/4 and can now be found at 2.68/5. There is plenty of worthy opposition in this race such as Acapella Bourgeois, who found some form at this track last time out, as well as the likes of Edwulf, and Jetstream Jack, who didn't perform terribly last time when falling at the last in the very competitive Thyestes at Gowran Park. The drift is not ideal and therefore we are willing to lay Anibale today.
In the curtain call at Ffos Las we find our each-way selection. Coroners Report for Rebecca Curtis has received some support this morning having touched 11.14 but currently around the 9.417/2 mark. After running reasonably well last time out at Hereford in a Maiden Hurdle, this gelding is open to some improvement in what looks quite an open handicap. On a day where races with three places are a rarity, we see Jonathan Moore's mount as a good each-way chance at a decent price.
Back Pearl Swan @ 3.39/4 in the 15:50 at Ffos Las
Lay Anibale Fly @ 2.6213/8 in the 16:10 at Navan
Back Coroners Report each-way @ 8.88/1 in the 16:50 at Ffos Las
