We start with our first positive of the day in the 14:05 novice handicap chase. Always On The Run is trading at 4.67/2 having seem plenty of support in from an early price of 8.615/2. This six-year-old is having his second run for trainer Tom George after a solid first effort over fences at Warwick in December. The going was heavy that day and with today's firmer footing to his liking we expect a big improvement. The drop in trip today only strengthens his case and with the Paddy Brennan - Tom George combination having a 23% strike rate on course we are recommending a back.

Next up we have our lay of the day in the 15:15 graduation chase. Here we are going to oppose Josses Hill who has drifted out to 2.568/5 from 1.9620/21. This Nicky Henderson-trained gelding was last seen when falling heavily in Decembers Tingle Creek at Sandown. His most impressive performance over fences came at last year's festival when coming third in the Arkle. That day Gods Own took second and those two go head-to-head again today as the market principals and we will be hoping history can repeat itself. It is also worth noting the strong market support for Aso, having been backed in to 5.04/1 from 7.26/1. For these reasons we will be laying Josses Hill today.

Lastly our each way back is in the 15:50 three mile handicap chase where we are recommending A Good Skin. It has been well backed all morning in a competitive field and is now trading at 6.25/1 from an initial price of 8.94. We have another Tom George - Paddy Brennan combination here, this seven-year-old gelding disappointed last time out at Cheltenham in January. However that day the heavy ground and drop in trip went against him and with today's conditions set to suit we expect a much more competitive effort. At his current price we are going to suggest an each way back.
