We start the day at Exeter in the 14:40 Handicap Hurdle, where Henryville has been backed in to 7.06/1 from 9.08/1. This gelding, who shrugged off a series of mistakes to produce his career best win at Fontwell earlier this month, is running off a 7lb higher mark today but should be up to the task for the in-form Harry Fry yard.
Staying at Exeter for the 15:10 Novices' Handicap Chase where the Dan Skelton trained Toby Lerone has seen support from 7.613/2 in to 6.05/1. The seven-year-old is better than the fifth placed finish last time out, where 3m proved too much, and had good second while chasing home an in-form rival at Sandown before that. The Sandown run showed signs of the promise this gelding had at the start of this season - winning two out of his first three starts - and the drop back in trip should see the progress expected of him for this in-form yard.
We head over to Southwell for our negative of the day in the 16:50 Handicap, where Day Star Lad has drifted from 2.111/10 out to 2.47/5. Winning over course and distance early last month, there's not much to dislike, but the market is moving for Keith Dalgleish trained Frankthetank who likes the course, winning three of his four starts here. With the Dalgleish yard in great form (4-10) he could make Day Star Lad a favourite worth taking on.
