The Follow The Money team have been in great form recently so hopes are high for today's three selections from Doncaster and Musselburgh...

Recommedned Bets

Lay Honest Bobs @ 3.1511/5 in the 15:10 Musselburgh

Back Mishaal @ 4.77/2 in the 16:20 Musselburgh

Back Sea Here @ 9.28/1 in the 17:50 Doncaster

We Start the day with our negative mover at Musselburgh where Honest Bobs has been steadily drifting and is now 3.1511/5 from 2.727/4 in the 15:10. The Winker Watson colt was having his second start for Mick Channon when winning a Ripon seller by six lengths and new connections who paid £15,000 for the colt will be hoping for a quick return on their money. Layers of our selection will be hoping that the Ripon race was as poor as it looks on the surface and today's favourite Ventura Mist has probably bettered that performance when finishing a close fifth in a stronger maiden at the same venue. The drop back to 5f and the stronger company could prove too demanding and the lay bet is advised.

We stay at Musselburgh for our first positive mover where Mishaal has been well supported from 6.25/1 in to 4.77/2 in the 16:20. The Michael Herrington trained gelding has some very useful course form to his name including a five length maiden success beating some subsequent winners impressively . The handicap mark of 70 looks to be a fair one judging on his course and distance run in September where he finished a close second to the now 80 rated Just Paul, a further length behind was Tom Dascombe's Capo Rosso who is now competing off a mark of 95. The return to 7f looks a big positive after running on at the finish to snatch fourth place over 6f earlier this month and his supporters are expecting a bold show today.

Our final positive mover is at Doncaster where Sea Here has been backed from 14.013/1 in to 9.28/1 in the 17:50. Ralph Beckett sends his impressively bred Sea The Stars colt up to Yorkshire to contest this 3yo handicap and connections would be somewhat disappointed if he didn't go close off a mark of 72. Being by a Derby winner out of an Oaks winner his 2yo season was going to be difficult competing with speedy precocious types but now he's handicapped and tackling a suitable distance much more can be expected. The recent Sandown run over 10f would have put him spot on for this and hopefully for punters and connections today's the day for Sea Here.
