Today's Follow The Money movers come from Newmarket and Newbury...
We start at Newmarket where there has been some decent early support for Waterway Run in their 14:15 nursery from 5.04/1 in to 3.613/5. Ralph Beckett`s youngster was a winner on her only start to date in a Salisbury maiden when coming from behind to lead in the final strides. She met trouble in running that day so may well be better than the bare form which argues well for her chances this afternoon.
To Newbury for our next mover and today`s negative. Brown Panther has been fairly easy to back in the 14:30 race having eased from 3.412/5 to 4.03/1. He made huge improvement last year through the handicap ranks, followed by a couple of admirable seconds in this race and the St Leger. His seasonal reappearance this year was disappointing before bouncing back to form at Pontefract before a respectable run in the King George. He does, however, face a fast improving rival this afternoon so a lay looks the call.
Back to Newmarket for our final selection where there has been a move for Amadeus Wolfe Tone in the 15:20 contest from 19.018/1 in to 10.09/1. Jamie Osborne`s three-year-old is up in the weights following success last time by the minimum of margins at Salisbury. He drops back in trip today but he was in the lead at the furlong pole last time so this should not be a concern. Although further improvement is required, the early money suggests this will be forthcoming.
