After careful examination of today's markets, the Follow The Money team have made two selections at Brighton and one at Yarmouth for you to consider...
Deliberation is an interesting runner in Brighton's 14:15. He's not won for a couple of years but has slipped down to a mark that he's capable of making light of, should things fall his way. And the market signal is positive, as he trades at 5.04/1 from 9.08/1. Handler John Quinn has had only one previous runner at the track, 12 years ago. It finished second of 18, co-incidentally in another 6 furlong handicap.
Over at Yarmouth, the 14:30 has been shook by the defection of the hot favourite, but the weakness of default favourite Meddling cannot be disguised, her trading graph climbing steadily from 1.68/13 to 2.0621/20. She's not been running very well (has been up for sale twice)and the step down in distance may have been made more in hope than confidence. Ground may be a bit lively for her, too. This is a poor race, for sure, and we'd rather nominate Meddling for a lay than recommend a back.
Back at Brighton, Knight's Parade is in from 9.617/2 to 7.413/2 for the 16:15. He's been keeping better company than this and there was plenty to like about his run on Saturday. Current favourite of the six runners, Marju's Quest, is uneasy in the market following a weight hike; and wer're taking Knight's Parade to record his fourth win today.
