We're off to Ayr for all three of today's Follow The Money selections, a back wager, an each-way bet, and one to lay...
We start the day with our lay selection who runs in the opener at Ayr. Poets Reward who runs for David Barron and Philip Makin, has taken a walk in the market having opened up at 1.558/15 he is currently trading at 2.1211/10. A beaten favourite last time out in a 5f at Newcastle we are happy to lay the selection at these odds with the second favourite Dalton looking the better value.
Our each-way selection runs in the 1m2f Handicap at 15:30. Six Silver Lane is trained in Ireland by John James Feane who certainly knows the time of day. A winner at the track in 2015 the nine-year-old is being well supported from 8.515/2 into 7.06/1, In what looks a very winnable race, it is advised to back the top weight who has been running consistently well all year on the all-weather in Dundalk.
Finally on to our back bet, Not A Bad Oul Day runs in the last at 17:00. Another Feane trained runner who won readily in Gowran Park nine-days ago has come in for support from 4.1 into 3.211/5 and despite his 6lb penalty he is tipped up to send punters home happy.
