"Gaelic Silver looks a reasonable betting prospect in this race, even though favourite Dream Spirit is respected."

12:30 - The opening maiden is weak, so it's easy to see why Thai Noon, who has progressed with each of his three starts up to now, is fancied. What's not so clear is whether he should be so much shorter than Occult, who has all-weather form, a suitability to the trip (Thai Noon will probably do better over further) and plenty of experience, without being wholly exposed.

13:00 - In an otherwise weak race, Flighty Filia stands out. She is unexposed, especially as a stayer, and was a notable eye-catcher last time. She's around the even-money mark and could arguably be shorter.

13:30 - This is a pretty good race for the grade, with a number of these two-year-olds arriving in form. Le Manege Enchante is among them, a winner at Wolverhampton last time, so it's surprising to see him relatively unfancied, especially as this return to six furlongs is likely to bring out more from him.

14:00 - The morning money reflects the fact that Koreen, with a 3-lb pull in the weights, should run Alshan Fajer closer this time, especially with a clearer run. With just a point between them now, their respective chances are represented pretty accurately.

14:30 - Gaelic Silver looks a reasonable betting prospect in this race, even though favourite Dream Spirit is respected. Gaelic Silver shaped well in third last time under George Baker and now has the 7-lb claim of the promising Paddy Bradley off his back. He's won for claimers before, so shouldn't cause many problems for his capable new rider.

15:00 - Dolphin Village is difficult to oppose, having quickly hit top form for his new yard. Also interesting in the race is Clovelly Bay, who seems just the type that George Baker will draw more from.

15:30 - Money for Epic Emirates would be noteworthy, as she's bred to be better than standard-setter and odds-on favourite Rahyah. With that said, it's not totally out of the question that seven furlongs at Lingfield would be on the sharp side for both.
