Stratford's card on Sunday makes the most appeal from a Placepot perspective...
Bon Chic failed to land the odds on her Fakenham hurdling bow for this yard in December, but she made no mistake at Southwell last time, winning cosily, and there's more to come in handicaps...
14:00- Cut The Corner was entitled to need his Warwick return last month he and gets the narrow vote with the return to quicker ground in his favour. He's not had much racing for his excellent yard, and you get the feeling that there might be more to come. We'll also include Old Pride for a bit of insurance as he's run well on both starts for this yard and should give another good account, for all the handicapper may have his measure.
14:30- This is quite a trappy affair but the hat-trick seeking Artifice Sivola looks to have turned the corner since going chasing and can go close despite racing from a career-high mark. It's fair to say he's been found some easy opportunities of late, though, so we'll also add Narcissist as he seemingly bettered his hurdles form when making a winning chase debut at Catterick. That race didn't take much winning, but he's clearly in decent heart and should go well again.
15:00- Russborough beat a subsequent winner when opening his account at Exeter last month and can prevail again despite a 3 lb rise. Russborough found plenty under pressure to prevail at Exeter and looks sure to be on the premises if in similar form.
15:30- Winning pointer Milly Malone has been hit hard by the handicapper for her win at Taunton early this month but she had plenty in hand that day and is more likely to give her running than many of these rivals. She's no banker, though, so we'll also include Cosway Spirit as he comes here in decent heart having followed up a win with a creditable second from a much higher mark.
16:00- Bon Chic failed to land the odds on her Fakenham hurdling bow for this yard in December, but she made no mistake at Southwell last time, winning cosily, and there's more to come in handicaps. Her yard are in tremendous form at present and she should go extremely close.
16:30- No Loose Change didn't finish the race off with much purpose at Ascot last month on his final start for Paul Nicholls, but he should really outclass these. No Loose Change is well clear on the ratings and ought to be very difficult to beat.
