17:45- All four of Tizlove Regardless's wins have been achieved on the all-weather, but he's got some pretty solid turf form to his name and arrives in good heart having finished runner-up on his last three starts. Trainer Mark Johnston is in red-hot form at the moment and a bold bid is expected from Tizlove Regardless. We'll also include Waajeh, the only three-year-old in the line-up, as he was an expensive purchase and has shown some promise, getting off the mark at the second attempt before making a solid start in handicaps when finishing placed at Haydock last time. He remains capable of better and should go well.
18:20- White Witch shaped with immense promise when finishing third at Haydock on debut and is deserving of extra credit for being the only horse to make an impression from off the pace. The form is already starting to work out - horse in fourth successful next time out - and White Witch looks sure to launch a bold bid here.
18:55- Solar Flair won a Lingfield maiden in December and has shown gradual improvement in handicaps this year, running respectably over this trip at Goodwood recently. He remains with potential and looks sure to give a good account of himself. This is a fairly competitive handicap, though, so we will also add Steal The Scene who comes here on the back of a career-best effort at Haydock recently. Steal The Scene had previously run out an easy winner at Leicester and may still have a bit more to offer.
19:25- Cosmic Statesman is still a maiden but there's been plenty to like about his efforts this season having finished runner-up on three occasions. He was no match for a progressive sort at Haydock last time, and he may well find another one too good, but he holds solid each-way claims and is a good type to have onside in a Placepot. We'll also add Secateur as, while he doesn't look completely straightforward, he looks to possess the ability to make an impact from this sort of mark.
19:55- Ishiamber is a major player at these weights and is a largely reliable type, so she makes obvious Placepot appeal. Ishiamber racked up five wins during a very successful campaign last term and although she's without a win this season her runner-up effort at Salisbury in May ranks as a career-best effort. We'll bank on George Baker's filly making the most of this good opportunity.
20:25- It could be worth concentrating on the three-year-olds here, and preference is for Fibre Optic and Game Show. Fibre Optic has the profile of an obvious improver, upped in trip on handicap debut having shown promise in maidens as a juvenile, whilst Game Show should appreciate the return to this kind of trip having failed to see things out as strongly as had looked likely over a mile and a half.
