14:10- Rock The Kasbah has disappointed the last twice, but he'd previously created a good impression and could bounce back under today's less-testing conditions. Rock The Kasbah's clearly got ability, though he's no banker proposition, and it's also worth including Inner Drive in the permutation as he looked a good prospect when scoring in style at Huntingdon, and can continue progressing for a while yet.
14:40- Shuil Royale took advantage of a career-low mark when scoring on his first start for the Harry Fry yard at Ludlow last month, and remains feasibly treated, especially as his excellent trainer should continue to draw improvement. Noble Legend took a step back in the right direction when finishing runner-up at Leicester last time, and he's potentially well treated based on the best of his efforts.
15:10- Useful Flat performer Last Shadow got back on the right track over hurdles when finishing runner-up at Kempton last time (pulled clear of third) and he looks capable of better yet. This is a competitive race, though, so he's joined by Hindon Road, who has improved a chunk on each outing this term and is building up to a big effort.
15:45- Wuff is very much a chasing type on looks, and he shaped with some promise on his debut over fences at Haydock, jumping soundly as he finished third. He's entitled to progress from that effort and should make his presence felt. We'll also include Medieval Chapel as he impressed when winning at Fakenham, backing up some solid efforts in defeat at Leicester, and he should continue to give his running.
16:20- Gassin Golf is yet to win over hurdles, but it's difficult to knock his form as he boasts a number of creditable efforts in red-hot handicaps, including a recent third in the Imperial Cup. A repeat of that Imperial Cup form would see him on the premises, and he's a good type to have on side in the Placepot. We'll also turn to Lough Kent as he's definitely well handicapped and isn't one to write off, for all he's disappointed the last twice.
16:55- Twirling Magnet ran out an emphatic winner at Ludlow last time and he'll prove difficult to beat if in similar heart. We'll bank on Jonjo O'Neill's gelding delivering the Placepot.
